Cutler-Hammer sales offices worldwide provide technical assistance in the specification and use of Cutler-Hammer IQ products.

Factory Assistance
Cutler-Hammer provides factory applications and technical assistance to its customers. Available by telephone, Cutler-Hammer personnel quickly respond to customer needs – troubleshooting problems, analyzing system operation, and coordinating component repair or replacement.

Installation and Startup Services
Cutler-Hammer provides a complete package of retrofitting and startup services, by factory trained engineers and technicians, for Cutler-Hammer or non-Cutler-Hammer equipment.

Additionally, IMPACC startup services include:

  • Setting addresses.
  • Troubleshooting the data line.
  • Loading and configuring the software.
  • Preparing Custom Graphic screens.
  • Training operators and programmers.

Training
Cutler-Hammer also provides comprehensive training on IMPACC and IMPACC- compatible devices from its Pittsburgh Training Center. The Training Center also offers on-site training for all of its courses. For more information on training, please call (412) 494-3715.
