The IQ Analyzer's power analysis screens provide comprehensive data on harmonic distortion, current and power demands, trending and events/alarms. Information can be accessed in real time or as recorded events. All information, including a graphical depiction of all voltage and current waveforms, is readily available at the face of the unit on a large, seven-line screen that responds to familiar function keys. When linked through a communication system to a central computer, the IQ analyzer can be monitored, controlled and programmed remotely. Input-output contacts share data with PLC's, or actuate alarms and control relays. The IQ Analyzer is the complete solution to power quality analysis needs… the most powerful meter, monitor and memory package in its class.

Event screen displaying two recorded events

Event data is recorded when a metered value passes beyond a threshold–either maximum or minimum. Users can define their thresholds through the programming function. Event recording can also occur when the IQ Analyzer is given an external command through its I/O connections or from the IMPACC system.

Harmonic spectrum analysis

Both a snapshot of all metered data and a detailed harmonic analysis are available for each recorded event. A graphic display of all current and voltage wave forms can be seen right at the Analyzer. Harmonic spectrum analysis and a tabular recap of the data is also available. (Catalog Number IQA6210 and IQA6230)

Demand screen

Peak current demand over programmable window. Both peak and present demand may be displayed for both current and power. Power demand may be displayed in watts, VARS or VA. Peak demands are date and time stamped. Demand windows are programmable from 5 to 60 minutes. Power demands may be updated at 1- to 60- minute subintervals, using a sliding window.
