the computer operated network interface (coni) card is a key communications building block in an incom based network of industrial products. this product is designed to communicate information between a computer control station and a solid-state control product. the coni card can operate over a temperature range consistent with personal computers and is installed in an 8-bit isa slot of an ibm compatible pc.
the coni card has two light emitting diodes (led's) visible from the back of the personal computer. these two led's are illuminated when data is being sent in either direction between the coni card and a solid-state control product.
